An air shower is a self-contained, well-constructed, factory-assembled device that can be practically deployed anywhere and is intended to spray moving air from nozzles that are transportable. Positive pressurization and filtering down to 99.97% efficiency on 0.3 micron are provided by an absolute filter-fan module. There will be an extremely high level of sterility and clean air condition supported by the shower's pure air.An optional aluminum grated floor, situated about 6 inches above datum level, is included with the system. The apartments' walls are equipped with duct air chassis. Both doors will automatically lock while the system is in use. In the event of power failure or an emergency, the doors get unlocked. Construction is of Mild Steel Powder coated / Stainless Steel 304 grade. Provided with two aluminium framed acrylic / glass door with automatic locking device. Statically/dynamically balanced, blower draws the air through pre-filters and throws it through HEPA filter into the chamber.It is Suitable to work on 220V, 1 phase 50 Hz, AC supply.

How Do Cleanroom Air Showers Work?

Our standard Cleanroom Air Showers are self-contained air recirculation systems specially designed for installation at clean room entry points. These phone booth-like entry systems use high-velocity air to decontaminate personnel, equipment, and supplies as they enter the cleanroom.As workers enter the air shower, the entry door closes, and powerful jets of HEPA-filtered air blow over the worker from several adjustable, precisely-placed nozzles. These high-velocity air streams blast contaminants large and small from the worker’s cleanroom garments. Once the cycle is complete, the exit door of the self-cleaning air shower opens, and the worker moves on into the cleanroom itself.The typical cycle completion for our cleanroom air showers is 20 seconds. Microprocessor controls allow fast and easy on-site adjustment of cycle times and other critical functions.
